It’s important to us to be able to provide each patient with the individualized one-on-one care that is not traditionally offered at an outpatient clinic. To achieve this, we are not contracted with any insurance company. I do accept HSA/FSA cards, all major credit cards, check and cash.

Yes. Itemized insurance receipts are available upon request. You may or may not be entitled to reimbursement for treatment fees and itemized receipts are only provided for physical therapy visits.

A super-bill is a receipt for your paid services that includes the appropriate codes and information needed for insurance reimbursement. Super-bills are only provided to patients for physical therapy visits.

Under the direct access laws of Washington, you can seek care from a physical therapist without a physician prescription
Under the direct access laws of Georgia, you can seek care from a physical therapist for 8 visits or 21 days, without a physician prescription.

$195 per individual, 1-hour session
$1050 for 6 sessions ($175/session)
$1650 for 10 sessions ($165/session)
$2325 for 15 sessions ($155/session)

We recommend athletic/running attire. If you’re coming from work, you’re more than welcome to change at the gym prior to your session.
